Shipping & Production Information

Production Timeframes

Same Day Production (1 day + shipping) - Items from our Same Day Category are dispatched from 4:30pm the same day you place your order. The cut off time for same day production is 11am Monday to Friday.

Standard Print Production (14 days+ shipping) - If you need something printed and dispatched urgently, we recommend using our Same Day service instead (items MUST have "(Same Day)" in their description for this service).
 

Standard Embroidery Production (21 days + shipping) - Also, promotional items like umbrellas, bottles and some totes can take up to 21 days production + shipping.

 

Shipping Timeframes

Regular Australia Post (production time + Standard Shipping) - $10 for the first item, then 0.25c per extra item. A tracking number is emailed once dispatched.

Express Australia Post (production time + Express Shipping) - $15 for the first item, then $1 extra per item after that. Express post is typically overnight unless you live in a rural location.

International (production time + International Shipping) - Starting from $15+ delivery. A tracking number is emailed once dispatched. *International shipping is all over the place in this Covid era, with some countries unable to be shipped to, and others taking up to 40 days or more. Pick Up - You'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready. And pick up is from 9 Florence Street, Teneriffe, Meanjin/Brisbane or 20 Rose Street, Fitzroy, Naarm/Melbourne.
