I'd love to, but how?

So you think you’ve got what it takes to hit the big time in the t-shirt game?
Alright, let’s show you how it's done!

STEP 1:
Choose your canvas

Browsing our extensive range on the Get Started page, select the blank slate you’re going to build your masterpiece on.

From t-shirts to totes, hoodies to hats and aprons to mugs, we’vegot you covered. Simply find what you’re after and click to move forward to step 2.

STEP 2:
Choose your canvas

Using our Online Designer, the possibilities are easy and endless. With a few simple clicks, you can add customised text, fresh designs, team names, or images. We’ll make a designer of you yet!

Adding text

From the toolbar, click Add personalised text, which will prompt you to type the text you’d like to add to your order. After you’ve added the text, selecting it will show you the text properties which include formatting (font, colour, outline and more), positioning on the garment, as well as text effects (glows and gradients).

Adding images/designs

From the toolbar, click Add design, which will prompt you to upload an image or choose one from our store/stock designs. When uploading your own, please wait for the upload to finish, as it may take several moments depending on your internet connection. Once finished, you will be prompted with a copyright permission agreement before placing your image on the selected garment.

Selecting the placed image will show you the image properties which include an image quality meter (how well it will print), background removal, position and effects (including various visual effects and borders). If the image quality meter is red, please note that it may not print as desired, and we suggest finding another.

Adding team names

From the toolbar, click Add team name, which will prompt you to list the number of each sizes to be included in the order. Don’t worry, more can be added later. After hitting next, you can edit each individual team name & number in the order. Selecting the view point will enter the Online Designer for that shirt, so you can customise it as you wish.

After you click OK, you can return to this window by selecting Edit Teamnames in the Product window to the left of the screen.

Using the Online Designer

All of the elements you add, text, images, or team names, can be edited and played with in multiple ways. Using your mouse or trackpad, you’re also able to resize and reposition all elements you see. From the Locations window to the right, you’re also able to swap between different spots on the garment, front/back or sleeves, etc.

Special considerations

Alright, you’ve some great ideas, but to get the best results, there are a few things you should always keep in mind:

Image quality & file formats: A good rule of thumb for uploading any image or design for print is ‘bigger is better’! Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise—size definitely matters. If you’re creating your own artwork for print, recommend exporting your image as a .PNG with transparent background; RGB colour mode at 300 DPI.

Bulk orders: If you’re planning on ordering more than 20 of the same shirts. you may be eligable for a bulk order discount. Get in touch to find out if you make the cut!

STEP 3:
Place your order

Now that you've got the designs sorted, it’s time to place your order. If you haven’t registered yet, this will be the time to do so. This option is at the top of the right of the page. If you click on the update panel on the toolbar, your cart window should pop up, giving you a summary of the order you’re about to place. When ready, click check out, which will take you to the Shopping cart page to enter any gift certificates or coupon codes. After you’ve filled out the billing & shipping details, you’ll be able to choose your shipping/pick up method (with express options), and then proceed to the payment page.

Before the payment method you will also see an option which allows you to add notes to your order. If you have any instructions about your order regarding background removal, delivery notes or a deadline for delivery (unless it's a rush) then you can include it here. This will help us make sure we give you exactly what you need.

Finally, complete your order to make sure it’s on its way to you!
