Orders take 2 weeks + shipping time. For custom embroidery in Melbourne / Naarm or Brisbane / Meanjin, turnaround time is shorter if you opt to pick up your orders in person.

When your design is ready, simply add to your cart & checkout, and we'll add your order to our production queue.

Pricing
Custom embroidery prices will vary depending on the size and complexity of the design, that’s because it’s based on stitch count. A small 3x3cm logo with one colour will cost a lot less than a 20x20cm design with 8 different colours as the stitch counts will vary greatly.

For the best custom embroidery outcomes, we recommend:
- Supplying a vector image (when you can) with a maximum of 8 colours
- Being conscious of the finer details within the design – less is more!
- Making sure that details and text isn’t too small so it can remain legible.
